I really appreciate the talk and will definitely consider this again when I need someone to listen.

Call 1-888-768-2488 to talk to a trained Peer Supporter.  Available between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm (EST), 7 days a week.

The Peer Support Warmline is a free and confidential phone service provided by trained Peer Supporters. Peer Supporters have direct lived and living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges, and can offer supportive helping conversations from the perspective of someone who has been there. The Warmline is a great choice if you are feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, or are in need of a friendly ear.

When you call the number above, you’ll be connected with a trained Peer Supporter. If none of the trained Peer Supporters are available when you call, you will be put on hold until somebody is free, or you can try calling again a bit later.
