To be completely honest the groups are a highlight of my week. They provide me the ability and opportunity to share my struggles and triumphs with like minded people to whom I have come to call: friend!

“All People, All Pathways” is not simply the name of our group – it is the foundational concept. Through these online meetings, CAPSA seeks to honour your journey and your destination, recognizing that there are many pathways to increased wellness, and many people will walk on many paths.

Each week, those who join our trained peer-facilitated meetings will find a safe environment, one free of stigma and discrimination, to question their relationship with substances. The group does a few simple practices together and can introduce tools that may be of use to you.

All of us share experiences of our successes and struggles together.

Our group is inclusive of all individuals in or seeking increased health in their relationship with substances. Their families, allies, and professionals are all welcome to attend our meetings.

ALL ARE WELCOME.
